... like a BA

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Brooke Adams or BA for short;). Welcome to my blog where I am dedicated to sharing my best tips on how to live life with a badass attitude! I plan to talk about things I wish I would have known throughout the years, and hopefully help you guys live a fun & fulfilled lifestyle. I'm no professional, honestly just doing this for fun and to connect with more people, so take everything I say with an open heart. Born and raised a Michigander, I am currently studying at the University of Michigan - GO BLUE! I'm double majoring in Film, Television, & Media and Communication & Media with a minor in Business. My experience at this University has been nothing short of extraordinary! The people here are inspirational & extremely smart, and there are always things to keep you busy. Some of my favorite activities to do in Ann Arbor is try new restaurants, hammock in the Diag, and cheer on my team on game days.

I am blessed with three amazing siblings & a pair of great parents. As we all get older, we enjoy playing board games together (even if it has to be virtually) and take our beloved dog for a walk. Jet is our golden doodle, pictured below, and some could argue he is the favorite sibling.

Ice cream could possibly be the best dessert in the whole world - or maybe I'm just biased... Working at Dairy Queen for 3 years, I learned the tips and tricks of the ice cream industry & enjoyed every minute of it! Now, I work as a Community Assistant at my apartment complex in downtown Ann Arbor. What a big change!! In this position, I practice my skills in sales, leasing, and marketing all in one. Plus, its just an elevator ride commute, so I can't complain!

Overall, I like to keep like fun! My friends would describe me as outgoing & adventurous. Being a film major, I've always believed in living life like you're in a movie. It puts a new perspective on how much you have to be grateful for. As you read this blog, I hope you can at least walk away with a more positive attitude and appreciation for the small things in life. After all, you only have one life, so why not live like a badass!?
