I live for those jaw-dropping, spontaneously beautiful moments in life that bring people together, thus sparked my passion for event planning! I joined Luna Soiree Events in Ann Arbor for the Summer of 2021, working as the Planning Assistant, Event Coordinator + Social Media Manager. Pictured to the right was our quaint team of three: Kaeli (the Founder and Lead Planner) and Christina (another Event Coordinator).
Day to day, I was managing client and vendor communication, designing inspiration boards and decor items, and finalizing details for our upcoming events. On the day of, I was Kaeli's right hand woman, handling vendor logistics and ensuring all the details are in place for the celebration.
Check out some of the stunning event creations we put together below.

project + client management
No client will ever have the same needs, wants, or expectations; nor will they likely be in the same phases of development. It important to take the time to understand the client and task at hand before jumping in.
thinking outside of the box
Reimagining the ordinary was the status quo at Luna Soiree Events. We always made an effort to revolutionize the event industry in our own little ways insuring that each soiree was styled to perfection.
communication is key
When you're planning a full two-day production event with multiple vendors counting on you to bring it all together, you better make sure that everyone is on the same page. A lot of my time at Luna Soiree Events was spent emailing/calling/talking to event professional to relay and gather information that was crucial to the success of the event.
